We spent time in the Netherlands this week. Miriam and Rebekah really loved The Hole in the Dike and asked to read it many times this week.

We read Vincent's Colors and Miriam made her own painting of a starry night.Reading
Miriam finished lesson 3 and part of lesson 4 this week in Explode the Code 2. She also did some review and lesson 51 in The Ordinary Parent's Guide to Teaching Reading.Math
Miriam finished the Singapore Earlybird 2a book this week!Science
Blowing up balloons with vinegar and baking soda:
We also had a frustrating afternoon of trying to make giant bubbles-our bubble solution did not work. The children did see just a few bubbles and they had fun playing in soapy water, but still very frustrating!
